This Refund Policy explains how Gitscout handles cancellations, billing disputes, and refund requests for paid subscriptions purchased through Lemon Squeezy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the customer billing portal. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew automatically.

To request a refund, email support@gitscout.app with the email address tied to your purchase, the date of the charge, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional details needed to verify the request.
We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy or the underlying payment processor, and bank processing times may vary.
If you believe a charge is fraudulent, contact us first so we can investigate. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and can result in suspension of your account while the dispute is being reviewed.
